I gave Gid his first haircut this weekend! I love it. I especially like his bangs. Rob laughed at the bangs. Difference of opinion. Bangs or no bangs. Anyway, I think he looks very grown up with his trim.
I learned a trick when cutting boys' bangs. Put them in between your fingers like scissors and then pull them straight up then cut. It's supposed to take out the straight across look. Kind of like layering. I butchered Cameron's hair for years when I did it. I figured you can always shave it, but it gets you practice. I think I do pretty well now, but then again, I just make Brandon do it, since he cuts his own hair.
