Jasper at low tide

Sara had a Primary activity on Saturday morning and Jasper and I went along to help her setup. Once they got going we decided to go check out the park's low tide. While we saw crabs and sea anemones and moon snail huts and shrimp and fishies and little baby eels, Jasper's favorite activity was digging in the sand. In fact, he liked it so much that he let me go play in the Sound to find crabs hiding in the seaweed (not too far away, mind you) for 15 minutes with nary a "Mama" (a title Sara and I hold jointly, for now). It was a very pleasant morning for both of us as we waded through low tide - Jasper on my shoulders with pail in one hand and shovel, dripping with wet sand, in the other.
