Tutu came to visit!

My mom, who the grandkids call Tutu, came to visit and help for five days after we brought Jasper home from the hospital. It was so wonderful! She helped answer all my breastfeeding, sleeping, diapering, and bathing questions. She cooked meals. She cleaned the house. She did the laundry. She did the dishes. It was so nice to have her. Most of all, I enjoyed her company and emotional support. It was nice to see her love and adoration for little Jasper. He felt very loved by his Tutu. We played about four games of scrabble. I think I won all but one of them. I got my brain cells back, now that I'm not pregnant anymore (although I did go to the store without my wallet yesterday). I'm so thankful for my mom. She's not only my role model of motherhood, she's one of my best friends.
