We had a fun day sledding and hanging out with our good friends the Kimble-McLains on Wednesday. Colm and Jasper have been friends since before they were born :) After sledding and exploring all over Lower Woodland Park, we had a nice, long playdate with them at our apartment. The boys all played together so well. So well, in fact, that the parents actually got to have real-life conversations uninterrupted for more than a few minutes!
We've gone sledding at Lower Woodland Park three times in the past three days! It's our favorite Seattle sledding spot. We will really, really, really miss this sledding hill when we move from Seattle. You can sled pretty much the entire length of the park in one run (from the bridge over Aurora to the tennis courts at Greenlake). It is a pure thrill going down and a VERY long hike coming back up!
This is the way we've been getting around with the kids the past few days :) Rob has actually been going to work via bus/car but the boys and I have been staying put at home and around our neighborhood since Tuesday.
We found this snowman a few blocks from our house.
