So, this is where it all began... Co-sleeping with Jasper. Rob and I have decided to join forces and put an end to sharing our bed with Jasper. Last night was the first night. It went okay, actually. Jasper only woke up once. Maybe the reason he's waking up four or five times a night is because of us! Anyway, we'll miss snuggling him all night, but enjoy snuggling each other even more!

Jonathan will be so jealous when he realizes that you have had Jasper sleeping with you this past year. He has tried a few times to lie down with Jackson on our bed, both at naptime and in the middle of the night, thinking that Jackson will fall asleep with him there. No doing. He just stares and stares at him or thinks its play time. Jasper was SO little back then-what happened to our little babies? Now we have BIG babies!
I don't blame you for wanting your bed to yourselves. Enjoy the room!
I have a picture just like this, with a little bald baby and big shaved head daddy sleeping together. So adorable. I didn't know that you co-slept. I'm glad you liked it. I can't sleep listening to their little tiny noises, cute as they may be. ha

We experienced a similar thing with Audrey. I had a hard time moving past co-sleeping as well. But, it was for the best. She now--at almost 2--is a regular, entirely through the night, sleeper. Hallelujah!
