So, we've been getting ready for our trip to Africa in August. We sent off four huge boxes of books about a month ago that will meet us there. We booked a safari (which Rob's Aunt Ann and her friends Guy are going to meet up with us for!!). This morning we turned in Jasper's passport application. I took this picture myself since it cost $17.00 to have passport photos done at Kinko's!! Ridiculous. Rob and I kinda chucked at the photo on our way to the passport office this morning because for some reason Jasper looks guilty about something. I guess it's just the serious look on his face or something. Hopefully they issue our guilty little guy a passport so we don't have to leave him behind...

Wow--how exciting and a bit scary too. What will you be doing in Africa?
We are going in August! I know, it is a bit scary. We are going to be really smart and safe with little Jasper on board. Sarah, do you have a blog? I'd love to hear how you and your family are doing. I hear you are going to be a Time Out this weekend. I'm excited to see you!
He is a cutie, Sara. I forgot about your trip. I can only imagine how excited you're getting. Let me know if you need anymore books. I might be able to hook you up with some from my middle school. ~Kari
SO CUTE! I want to see this little guy in person!
Amazing! I didn't get my first passport until I was 19 years old. He looks like a little man.
