Brooke had this one her blog. It's called the Faces of Meth, a project the Sheriff's Office of Multnomah County, Oregon put together to document the physical impacts of meth use. It's kinda gross, but really interesting too:

So sad. We had a staff development day years ago that showed photos of the arms of drug users (crack? meth? I can't remember which), and they looked like open sores the length of the arm. The photos -- then and here -- speak volumes.
